2. Description of the Service

CaptionJet is an online translation service that uses artificial intelligence to translate YouTube video subtitles into various languages. The service includes:

• Automatic extraction of YouTube video subtitles
• AI-powered translation to the selected target language
• Download of SRT files with original timecodes
• Side-by-side preview of original and translated text

3. Service Tiers

3.1. Free Trial

Every user is entitled to one (1) free trial translation for videos up to 10 minutes in length. The trial is limited by IP address.

3.2. Pay Per Video

One-time payment per video, calculated based on the character count of the video's subtitles. The current price is displayed before translation begins. Payment is processed through Stripe.

3.3. Pro Subscription

Monthly subscription plan with discounted per-video pricing and additional features (direct YouTube upload, batch translation, translation memory).

4. Payment Terms

• Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed through the Stripe payment platform via credit/debit card.
• For pay-per-video, the fee is charged before translation begins.
• An electronic receipt is issued for every transaction.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As the service provides digital content, and the performance of the service begins immediately upon your express prior consent (by initiating a translation), you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

By placing an order (payment or free trial), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

6. Service Quality and Liability

• Translations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for the highest quality, translation accuracy is not guaranteed.
• The service provider is not liable for damages arising from translation content.
• The service provider is not liable for the availability of the YouTube subtitle API.
• The service is provided on an "as-is" basis without availability guarantees.

7. Copyright

• The user is responsible for ensuring they have the right to translate the subtitles of the given video.
• CaptionJet does not store subtitles after the translation is completed.
• The translated text is the property of the user.
• The user warrants that they will not use the service to infringe third-party copyrights.

8. Prohibited Use

The following uses of the service are prohibited:

• Automated, bulk queries (scraping, bots)
• Translation of illegal content
• Circumventing the service's security systems
• Infringing third-party copyrights

9. Modification and Termination of Service

The service provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service. For Pro subscribers, we will either provide the service until the end of the paid period or issue a proportional refund.

11. Governing Law
